The centenary oven dates back to 1916 and was used to cook castagnaccio and sweets, an ancient oven in the heart of Valletta that preserves all the characteristics that make Ana Mari’s pizza a product of excellence.

The Press

The staff were friendly and offered recommendations. The slices were quite crispy yet soft and gooey. Vegetarian options were available and must say that the portions were super fresh. We got to see the pizza making live and it was a delight.

Great Pasta! You choose your Pasta and then the sauce. Staff was really nice and the atmosphere great! The food was delicious and we had the regular size portions, which was more than enough.
